A friend asked me for a photograph of a pen on a notebook for a student free magazine. Since I did not have any around, I took a few. One of them caught my eye. I played with it in GIMP a bit. Next you'll see what I've managed to obtain. The first one is the original.

Interesting. But I think the original is the best. :P
I rarely use post processing on my pictures. I usually try to make the best of the natural conditions [light, shade, angles, ...]. Still, sometimes, when a picture has too few colors, it would look better if it were in gray scale. The examples could go on. :)

well, the last one is my favorite. it's better than the original in my opinion. keep up the good work.
